Early DS9 Quark, perhaps... like after his actions in "BABEL", "MOVE ALONG HOME", and "INVASIVE PROCEDURES". (Though Sisko did blackmail him into staying on board, which might make Sisko a bit less motherfuckery with Quark.) Quark does redeem himself pretty well as the show goes on, though. And without losing too much of his core self.

I would say Eddington and Keevan definitely merit a 'motherfucker' from him.

It would depend on what mood Sisko was in when you happened to ask. When Quark invited himself camping with Sisko, Jake, and Nog and then complained about everything, yes. When he was explaining to Worf about Quark being a shade of gray, probably not.

Of course I'm only guessing motherfucker was going to be his next word but Keevan was a motherfucker.
