Wasn't there a thing a couple of years back where a mental hospital put out a hiring notice saying they were looking for employees who spoke Klingon in case they ever had to deal with patients who only spoke it? Then they later said it was just a hoax to see if anyone would repsond?

As for this thing about the military wanting people speaking Klingon, I always suspected there were weapons of mass destruction on Qo'nos. Also, they should be a little more careful on Praxis before someone causes an accident of epic proportions.
