Janeway and Chakotay -- was this the end of the romance?

I never felt a sexual side was part of Janeway. She’s Mom.

The Jeffen thing withstanding, since that’s not the real Janeway.

She became a "mom" later on, when the show began she was more sexual/flirty. Remember her silk nighties when they were talking with that Romulan in season 1 (I think it was season 1) and with Q?

About *Workforce*, I disagree. From what we saw, the put-upon personalities, were their own just without the strain of their ranks. Tom was the casual, laid back guy he know him to be, B'Elanna was herself too, just quieter. Seven was practically identical. Tuvok wasn't but, to me, that was because Tuvok needed harder brainwashing to let go of his memories. It makes sense to me that Janeway was also more casual and flirtier, just like she was on the phone with Mark in the pilot episode.

In Workforce, Janeway might not be herself (shy and unsure though still serious and expert in her area of work instead of being in command) but the passionate woman Jaffen fell in love with was full well Kathryn, (generous, compassionate, curious).
-> her flirting attitude with Chakotay, Krashyyk then Jaffen... and even Tom (although it was albeit unintentional), Kathryn Janeway showed how a sexual individual she was, especially if/when in front of her, there were respondents.
