Holy crap, Shatman!

Go for it!:techman:

I'm so geeky, that when my brother and I were driving home from Florida and the car broke down 30 minutes into our trip, and my contribution was to say, "If we had a transporter, we'd be home by now."

I'm so geeky, whenever I see someone wearing a red shirt, I say, “You're gonna DIE, dude!”
Ten years ago I was in the scifi section of a bookstore and my daughter, who was almost 3, yelled, “Look, mommy, little Enterprise!” and pointed to a TOS book. BBC was rerunning TNG and TOS at the time, and TOS had the “little Enterprise”. :)
Pretty damn bright for a 3-year-old, if she recognized the difference between the “big” and “little” Enterprises.

I'm so geeky that when I take something apart just to see how it works I loose interest the moment I do so and rarely get it re-assembled again.

I'm so geeky I used a SF movie reference (ST:GEN) to try and explain a SF TV show (Lost finale).

I also nod a lot in agreement during 'Big Bang Theory'.

I'm so geeky, I showed my first nephew (now oldest nephew) how to do the Vulcan hand sign the mornin' after he was born. Six months later, he was doin' it in his sleep.

Great story, I'll have to share it some time...

:rommie:

I'm so geeky, I just spent a full ten minutes entertaining my husband with my Shat impersonation ... and it's before 6am.

I'm so geeky that when I first saw BP's gushing oil leak in the Gulf of Mexico I said, "This looks like a job for SUPERMAN!"

I'm so geeky I just went into our little office kitchen to make my morning cup of tea and heard myself say out loud, "Tea, Earl Grey, Hot," with the accent, of course.

I mean, I knew I said it in my head -- which was bad enough -- but I had always thought it was just part of my own private internal monologue. Apparently not. :alienblush:

LOL! And I suppose it's even geekier that, upon realizing this, the first thing I did was come and post it here.

I's so geeky I illustrated a Star Trek Comic. Written by Jayson.
More alcohol for tsq! This round in on me. :D
I'm beginning to like the sound of this!
When I was in university, my friends and I had the most enthralling discussions about cosmology and compact objects astrophysics over a many bottles of red Italian wine, in the smoky, foggy atmosphere one of the many wineries around the city. Those were truly glorious times!
I've been to a couple bar lectures: one physics, one neuroscience. Wonderfully fun!

That sounds great. When I was in University we had enthralling Mario Kart races over cans of cheap beer whilst sitting in piles of cigarette butts, discarded joints and plates of mouldy food. It was gross.
