i'm SO geeky....

I'm so geeky, that Weird Al's "White & Nerdy" is scarily accurate!

I'm so geeky that I knew that song was about me, when I saw the part where he gets a copy of the Star Wars Holiday Special.

I'm so geeky that I convinced my son to write his panelist bio for the program book of a local science fiction / fantasy convention in hexadecimal one year... and binary the next year.

I'm so geeky that when I want to go to the loo at work, I tell the other person that 'they have the bridge'. It's taken a while to explain this, and the admission that I am a member of this board.
Having just typed this, I can't recall any member of Star Trek ever informing anyone they need to 'go to the loo'.
Perhaps the future will be perfect

^ oooo... hrm... cool :)

I'm so geeky, I once considered getting a tattoo with Borg elements in it. (Didn't though, still might... probably not :shifty:)

:bolian: I LOVE THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm totally stealing this one.

What're you getting, Rand?

I'm so geeky that when asked why I was letting my hair grow out, the best I could come up with is I'm going for a Luke Skywalker look.

I'm so geeky I once had a fight with a kid and announced "Shields UP!" as I raised my guard, then "Phasers FIRE!" as I delivered the winning blow (I wuz 9).

:guffaw:Did I win a Geek No-Prize here?

Suddenly I'm reminded of the "You know how I know you're..." scene in The 40-Year-Old Virgin.

Oh, and I'm so geeky that I repeatedly demonstrate my impression of William Shatner reading the Bible ("In...the beginning...God...created...the...heavensandtheearth...") to my coworkers.

I'm so geeky, I answer to my username IRL.

So do I.

Good! I'm not the only one.

I'm so geeky I have my username on a baseball jersey instead of my real name. I only know of one other person who has done this - the other two I know with the same jerseys used their real names.

K, i gotta tell ya, i really REALLY love that "you have the bridge". I'm so gonna use that whenever i can.

MLB & O'Dib, i'm getting a TOS command insignia on the front of my right shoulder. I already brought her the pic so she said she'll have the transfer ready and waiting. Said from the minute i walk in til the time i walk out the whole thing will probably take about an hour. I'm getting a small one so it shouldn't take long at all. I'm hoping she can make it more gold than yellow in the center. I am so excited im bursting. I've literally been waiting 30+ years to do this. The tattoo will be smaller than this:

 Me too.

More alcohol for tsq! This round in on me. :D
I'm beginning to like the sound of this!
When I was in university, my friends and I had the most enthralling discussions about cosmology and compact objects astrophysics over a many bottles of red Italian wine, in the smoky, foggy atmosphere one of the many wineries around the city. Those were truly glorious times!
