DS9 had a 10 part final episode.
I expected that level of effort from Voyager.
Instead, I just cried a lot.

They get home, however is fine, but the Maquis stage a mutiny and attack Cardassia with Borg weapons! A long con!!!!
But really, I think they should have gotten home sooner in the season and discovered they were happiest together exploring. Last line could have been Tom Paris "Where to next, Captain?"
I would like to have seen them not get back to the Alpha quadrant.
Lizard babies man, lizard babies. Janeway deserved to be rid of the Delta Quadrant.
I don't know, man. Talk about an uncomfortable run in with an ex.
Mark: yeah, my kids are just entering kindergarten and Mollie had more puppies, how have you been?
Janeway: I, uh, had some lizard babies with my helmsman. It was a highly evolved relationship. I mean really evolved. We left them on a random planet we found...but they were pretty smart little lizards...so...yeah...
That's the kind of awkward silence of stay in Delta quadrant to avoid.
I would have liked to see a full blown descent\ obsession into madness with Janeway getting the crew home. Open on a twitchy Janeway drinking coffee with a half drunken pot in the background and go from there.(Spoilers will be here obviously)
I recently was engaged in discussion with another individual on this forum who argued that the ending to VOY felt rushed and almost came off as a deus ex machina scenario. I would like to know other members' perspective on the close of Voyager. How would have liked the series to end? Or did you simply like how the show ended? Give me your thoughts.

In this sense, the abrupt end of Endgame left with us on our hunger.
For example: Will the ex-members of Maquis still be considered as outlaws by the Federation or will they be forgiven for service provided on the Voyager? ; Will Janeway be worried for her numerous violations of Prime Directive and others actions? ; Will Seven be worried by the Federation and Starfleet for her "Borgness"? Will the same Seven poursue the romance - begun on Voyager - with Chakotay and if yes, will they eventually marry? ; Will Harry finally get his pins of Lieutenant-Commander? ; Will Torres be well accepted by Paris family and what will she and Tom do at a professional level? ; And what about the Doctor? Will its program be deleted because too old or independent?
