How do you plan to celebrate the 60th Anniversary?

This year it'll have been 50 years since the first VHS tape was released, 30 years since the first DVD, and 20 years since the first Blu-Ray.

What's weird is that I'm not rounding up, those are the actual amounts of years. Also, it's time for some better spinning physical media! I want to back up my data onto something with a bit of durability and a lot of capacity.

Complain to Sony, the Media already exists, but it's for Enterprise Customers ONLY.

It's called Archival Disc. They were used in the proprietary Multi-Disc Cartridge known as ODA (Optical Disc Archive).
ODA Gen 3 was the Final Generation they released.
1x Double-Sided Disc could store 500 GB over 3x Layers on Both Sides.
That's approximately 83.3… GB/Layer at those densities.

They refuse to sell it to consumers for whatever BS Business reasons.

Oh yeah, Archival Discs are rated for 100 years of reliability in reasonable climates.

I somehow always end up watching the first few episodes of each series.

There's The Center Seat documentary series, which covered TOS-ENT during the 55th and has more coming for the 60th. Taking on the Kelvin universe, Discovery and more behind the scenes stories overlooked the last time...
