Well no, as Discovery started a hundred years after Enterprise. So only people from the longer-lived species would still be around.

So Phlox and T'Pol would be candidates, but what if a time warp happened and ENT crew enters DISCO's timeline? I think there are avenues to adjust for the ENT actors' current ages and devise an idea where they were still serving NX-01 or another vessel, but it would be interesting to align NX-01 with NCC-1031. The aging process could be part of the plot?

I was merely pointing out that it's the most likely way you get a continuation.

And probably more satisfying at this point, given the disposition of actors towards their roles.
