Pffft, they didn't care about all that went down in Endgame, so...
The Time Police were hands-off until they gradually became more hands-on, then "sacrifices had to be made" during The Temporal War, and after that it just became Zero Tolerance.
I think the Time Police's standards and values changed over time. I blame it on changing Administrations who aid that in the future what they did before would become a thing of the past. But while talking about how they'd do things in the future, they only thought in terms of present.
Because if they knew what was coming ahead, they'd probably try to stop it from happening.
Or they decided, "The Hell with it! We'll get whatever we get and this is what we deserve." Conspiracy Theorists in the 32nd Century will probably think the Time Police allowed The Burn to happen. Punishing the Entire Galaxy for whatever sin was committed.

Maybe we don't see the time police at work much because they've already done what they needed to do. Somebody dig up the Hitchhiker's Guide quote about all changes to the timeline having already been made.
Yeah, I don't think it is a matter of caring its more a matter of what has done the least amount of harm to the timeline.

Wouldn't you be pissed if one minute you're on a 24th century starship, the next you're on 2020s Earth. I know I sure as shit hate being in the 2020s as opposed to the 2010s...

I don't know, there are several TV shows on the air right now that are supposed to be set in modern times but no one's wearing a mask. And yes, they were filmed during the pandemic. Hell, I saw one show recently where they were filming outside an actual store that had a sign on the door saying masks are mandatory for customers, but no one on the show's wearing any masks.
