Sylar starts to find his true identity. Peter and HRG go on a quest to find someone that can save Hiro.

I completely forgot to watch last week. Maybe I finally have given up, which seems silly now since this is pretty likely to be Heroes' final season.

That's what happened to me last season. I just forgot to watch one week, and then I never went back.

"Tabula Rasa," huh? What ever could this episode be about?!

Yea Tabula Rasa has been used a lot. I always remember it from Buffy, but Law & Order was the first show to actually use it as a title of an episode, Buffy was 2nd.

Buffy, Lost, Stargate Atlantis, Criminal Minds, Justice League, Law & Order and now Heroes.

Well, the Oklahoma City market is out for Heroes. Big fire in Edmond. No one's in danger or hurt, but they're commenting on the fire and are continuing to comment on the fire. Heroes and Dancing With the Stars are both preempted here. Fox is still showing the baseball game which is in its 34th inning I think. I wanted to watch House. :scream:

was that david letterman i saw when the carnie was walking past going to talk to the nice police man?
and they say a main male character will die soon... gotta wonder if it's peter or hero.... but my money is on
the man who stole sylar's powers... well not powers but memories.... that'd make me want to kill him if I
got mine back...

oh so NOW they mention Claire's blood...

so is Pete gonna start healing all the other sick people in the hospital?
It would be kinda douche-baggy of him not to wouldnt it?

Another week, another booooooorring episode of Heroes. The writers need to learn that there is a middle ground between the fast-paced whirlwind of season one and the plodding pace we are being treated to this year.

Again we have an episode that is nothing more than a few vignettes that make you briefly think that they might add something to the big picture then the hour ends and there has only been very minor plot progression and a feeling that you were just treated not to set-up but to filler meant to draw out the season. Stuff happens but it is dull and lacks any sort of suspense i.e. Peter's gunshot.

Hiro is beyond annoying and his little magic show was dumb. If I were Masi I would ask for extra pay for having to actually act out those scenes the writers conjure up because I would think it'd be embarrassing as an actor to do some of the inane stuff they have him do.

The Sylar subplot I actuslly thought might be interesting but turned out to be underwhelming. Add Ernie Hudson to the list of actors treated as nothing more than plot devices.

And next week's episode looks even worse. I think I just discovered my limit on Heroes.

The Sylar plot was definitely the highlight with Quinto turning in a terrific performance. Also digging Ray Park as Edger. Complete waste of Ernie Hudson but otherwise, this was the part that carried the show. There's still too much of a slow burn in terms of plot development.

Why the hell didn't Peter people freeze the healer earlier? Like when he wasn't pointing the guy directly at him?

Liked Emma once again. This season has produced some very good new characters.

Hiro...God almighty, can Nurse Ratchet take care of him? I thought he learned, for the 80th time two weeks ago, that you can't interfere in the past. But now he's off to save Charlie. I liked Charlie and it's cool that they're returning to something great from Season 1. But Hiro...YOU ALREADY TRIED TO SAVE HER AND FAILED!!! YOU REALIZED YOU COULDN'T SAVE HER EVEN WHEN YOU WENT BACK IN TIME!

The writers have decided that Hiro is incapable of learning a lesson.

So Claire can die of cancer now?

Maybe now is when Hiro pushes the reset button (by saving Charlie) and everything resets to Season 1.

I'm pretty sure The X-Files used that title as well.

Kind of a so-so episode, but the Sylar stuff and Emma stuff was interesting. I was surprised they killed off Ernie Hudson. Wasn't he there with his family? Won't they be wondering what happened to him?

It's hard to imagine this series was consistently exciting and must-see back in Season 1. We're getting a recipe called Heroes every week, but someone's leaving out one or two crucial ingredients. I'll stick with it till the end, but it's sad it's not as good as it used to be.

Why didn't Peter just teleport the three of them to Hiro, have the kid heal Hiro, and then teleport him back?

That would be to logical for the writers, Peter should keep that power for awile since it is one of the strongest abiltys. Heck he could have gone back in time to 'villians' and warned himself that his dad would suck all his powers away etc.., again that would be to logical for the writers.
