I can't wait for this. I'm a huge GL fan, and I've enjoyed everything I've seen with Bruce Timm's name attached to it.

@Temis there are currently four human Green Lanterns. Hal Jordan Sector Designate 2814.1 John Stewart Sector Designate 2814.2 (both Hal and John are responsible for guarding Earth) Guy Gardner Sector Designate 2814.3 and finally Kyle Rayner Sector Designate 2814.4 These two were on honor guard duty prior to Blackest Night. Post Blackest Night I've forgotten their current Corps duties. Alan Scott was the original Green Lantern who got his power from the Starheart and is not a Corps member.

Cool, sounds like Kevin Michael Richardson doing Kilowog. I thought I'd heard that Michael Clarke Duncan (who did him in the movie) would reprise the role in the show, and I definitely prefer Richardson.

I haven't seen enough to really judge it yet, but what we've seen looks pretty cool. I haven't read it yet, but TV Guide released a special magazine focusing on the stuff at comic con, and it has a preview for this in it.

Yep, one of the first new shows up. I've been liking The Clone Wars so I'll give this a shot. The whole GL cosmos is still a mystery to me, but there must be something "there" there for it to be so durable that it would get a TV show and a movie.

The clip suggests something a bit more, errr...kid-skewing than I'm looking for. But I'll watch at least the first ep. TCW didn't grab me immediately either.

^ Yep it was always planned for a fall 2011 release. Marvel's Ultimate Spider-Man series is debuting next year.
