I just tried to invite but it says your name does not exist........you are on pc yes?

Yup. That's weird, that's the name it says on my toon. Try 0906 instead

Ok i sent you a fr request, you should see it when you next log in, then once you accept i will invite you to the fleet.........i have no idea why i can't invite straight to the fleet......it is a buggy system. ha
