What a stellar cast...although I didn't recognize Joe Keery without his Steve hair! And who can resist Dave Foley with an eyepatch?

Looks fun. I actually only recently got around to watching S4 and while it was v good I found it a little grim, this looks like it could be more fun.

I was torn. It wasn't that I didn't buy him as a tough guy, it's that even in his late fifties he looked too boyish for the part!

His acting was good. It just wasn’t the right part for such a slight man.

^me neither, as I say it's just the fact that even with makeup he felt too young for the part. I actually realised I had no idea how old Chris Rock actually was and was shocked, shocked I tell you to realise he's 58. He must have a portrait in his attic.

It's 2019 so I wonder if it will lead into the pandemic, or whether the pandemic will just be on the horizon as it comes to an end?

First two episodes were great. Had the same kind of feeling as seasons 1 and 2, and some stuff very reminiscent of the movie which then goes in a totally different way. Juno Temple was great and all the stuff with her defending herself were a highlight. Jennifer Jason Leigh's character was hilariously evil (the photoshoot with the guns!) and I very much look forward to her and Jon Hamm's equally vile character inevitably meeting. Some great dark humour like the bit with the airhorn. Stong start!
