Every time I went to work in the USA it took the first week of my hotel stay to explain that I didn't want iced tea with breakfast. From then on the server would remember me as the funny British guy who wanted 'hot tea'.

Spock's Brain is definitely one for me. "And the Children Shall Lead" is another. It's over the top and I know I shouldn't like it but I can't help it.
Voyager's "Threshold" however is just bad. I don't boycott it, but I'll only watch it when I'm watching Voyager as a whole. Sometimes something is so bad that it's, well, bad.
Some of the Voyager Holodeck episodes were episodes that I had the impression I shouldn't like but I ended up liking.

I'd watch "And the Children Shall Lead" and "Spock's Brain" 100 times before I'd ever watch "Threshold" again.
There are actually very, very few TOS episodes I don't like. It's probably "Plato's Stepchildren," "Mudd's Women" and "Turnabout Intruder." That's it. Every other episode is fantastic or at least entertaining as far as I'm concerned.

Threshold (VOY) and Conspiracy (TNG) are episodes I usually avoid. Genesis however is fun.
There are a few things about Genesis that are odd:
1) Why is it that we never found out what Geordi turned into?
2) Riker's turned into the most evolved of all creatures, IE a Hominid, yet he seemed the most stupid of all when talking to the others.
3) Beverly got some very corrosive venom spat in her face, yet her face was totally scarless by the end of the episode. In "The Darkness and the Light" The Cardassian's deformations were never corrected. I guess it all depends on whether it's convenient for the person to recover...
4) people turned into Herbivores and Predators... so why is it that there weren't much more casualties on the ship then? The predators would have killed many of the herbivores just to feed themselves. Not to mention the children who would have been the first victims as is the case in nature. A lion often kills his own children just to have sex (Nature knows no morals)

They did mention in a log entry that Beverly got reconstructive surgery.
Someone had to perform it though.
Crusher is not the only doctor on a ship of over 1,000. There have been others mentioned or seen, like Selar or Hill.
Obsession is an episode I really like but I rarely hear anything well said about it to be honest! Decker's obsession was the planet killer and Kirk's it seems was the Vampiric cloud!

I don't care what people say -- I love "The Omega Glory". Captain Tracey is kookoo for Coco Puffs in the most entertaining way! Spock can hypnotize from across the room! "Cloud" William holds the lofty ideals of the Republic for which it stands! And the whole Yangs vs Khoms storyline is so unsubtle it's actually supersubtle. Yeah, I just love parallel development. Covers a whole lot of sins...

It's better than lukewarm tea. It must be one of the worst things I've ever tasted!
I like "The Omega Glory". I'm prepared to be burned at the stake. I don't care. The episode's fun, the fight at the end is great. And so is Kirk's speech about how the words "We the People" were spoken so badly. Not to mention they poke fun at the notion that Spock looks like The Devil.

I love seeing other constitution ships in Trek too! The Omega Glory isn't loved by many fans due to it's US flag and stuff but to us non Americans we love the episode and it's plot I guess!

I really enjoyed reading this thread. I handed out a lot of likes but there are no wrong answers and it is nice to see fans discuss and sometimes disagree without getting too upset with each other. I value different perspectives and it is neat to hear from people that saw TOS in the sixties or who were children during TNG when I was an older teen and twentysomething.
TOS and TNG Episodes not popular that I like are The Alternative Factor, The Omega Glory, That Which Survives, The Savage Curtain, Justice, The Royale and A Matter of Perspective.

Yeah, I just love how Captain Tracey devolves from measured, rational tones to pop-eyed prophet delivering phaserlight to the Yangs and his old chum, Jim Kirk. Like Matt Decker he lost his entire crew and becomes unhinged, with a promise of near-immortality offering him respite from the reality of his lost command. I enjoy "The Omega Glory" primarily for Morgan Woodward's performance.
They ran over budget, and decided Geordi's appearance did not really fit with the episode's tone...
