The music in the trailer is amazing, does anyone know where is it from?

First of all, you are absolutely right, that music is incredible. That alone practically sold me on this. Second, I honestly don't know where it's from, but it sounds similar to some of the score from the first National Treasure. At first, I thought it was the NT score, but it differs slightly. I actually hope to hell we just heard some of the real score... That was great.

Time to watch it a third time.

I've loved the teasers and trailers we've seen thus far, but my god, this one just blew me away. I got CHILLS. Between the scenes, camera work and VFX I'm more pumped than ever for this movie!

Looks good, but not really surprising given the amount of money thrown at it. Reminds me a lot of Starship Troopers, and at least one shot of Karl Urban makes me think of Gary Mitchell. Bana's line about "another life" suggests the alternate universe/timeline approach of the film.

Btw, do you know that warp drive and transporters are probably impossible technologies? My suggestion, just watch the damn movie before you let the small stuff ruin it for you.

Don't be ridiculous, it is infinitely more likely that humanity will bypass the laws of physics than it is that institutional structures like Starfleet in the 23rd century will differ in any significant way from their contempory analogues.

Now I think you've totally lost your grip on reality..

Is it my imagination or does Pike's first line speed up halfway through? Is it an artifact in the file or an intentional part of the trailer? Of the film?

What's wrong with Starship Troopers?? Love that movie.

I love Alien, Star Trek doesn't resemble that film either.

Essentially this movie is Nemesis, except good.... we hope....

Trailers have been outstanding so far.
