What do you do? Do you go to a gym, walk/run, play sports?
Do you lie to your doctor when s/he asks?
I pretty much stick to the elliptical machine. It works my legs, arms, and even back, what with the arm part moving back and forth. A few years ago, I was up to one hour, four times a week. I started losing some weight, and gained some muscle. After not exercising and having some health issues, I've worked it up to 35, and now 40, minutes. I'm hoping to lose some weight once my thyroid gets stable again, but I'm not waiting for that to start exercising. I'm doing pretty good, considering that a year and a half ago, I couldn't walk up a flight of stairs without losing my breath and having chest pains (stupid thyroid).
