I'll find a way to. Don't currently have p+ as I cancelled it after Lower Decks ended - hard to justify the cost of an entire service when the only thing I watched on it was Trek - but I will definitely give it a go.

I wouldn't say I'm excited by it, the trailers just lacked something but I'll give anything a chance.

I'll probably take a look. I haven't bothered to look at the trailers, nor am I a huge fan of S31 anyway, but, I'll check it out.

I've pretty much lost interest in it by now, to be honest. It's been so long since it was announced. Or so it seems. And I don't really do streaming unless it's something I really, really, really want to see. This movie does not fall into that category. (Although I will say I kinda liked the campy-ness of the trailer. I like camp.)

I gave up on DSC past way through season 4. Nothing I've read makes me want to.give that show another go. I voted No, but I guess if suddenly people were saying it was great, then I might seek it out.

For now, I've discovered From All Mankind, and it's filling the Trek void in my life.

I'll watch it, but I won't pay money to watch it. I'll wait until it's free on the government funded television streaming service in this country like those other Star Trek spin-offs are.
I certainly won't lose any sleep not seeing it on the day of release.

I already have P+ because of Black Friday deals and being a Dexter fan, so I'll give S31 and writer Craig Sweeny a chance. The way I see it, I'm demonstrating interest in the possibility of Star Trek TV movies without endorsing anything in particular.

Ah, but "hate watching" still counts as watching, right? Well, one of the worst things you can do with a streaming property is to start watching and then fail to finish it. That's Netflix's main metric for renewing shows. The 28 day window. So if S31 does something to cause me to "hate it"... off. I'm sure it'll be analyzed frame by frame by Trekyards anyways. And the favorite YouTubers of some of the posters here will be covering it as well.

Have Paramount Plus for NCIS and JAG, and such. So, I'm sure I'll get around to Section 31 since I already have the service, so why not?

I'm sure I'll hate every minute of it

I said in another thread I am literally hungry for any NEW Trek at this point. I'll watch it and if it's as bad as it looks I'll tear it apart in the forum. :p

My plan is to watch it once, give a one-sentence review, then watch it a second time and give a more detailed one. Regardless of whatever else happens.

If there's actual real discussion going on, pro or con, maybe I'll weigh in. It depends. If it's just a chaotic warzone that reminds me of the ENT, TNZ, and MA Forums from the early-2000s all rolled into one, with a dash of World War III, where people are out for blood and red meat is being tossed around everywhere for all the various camps to explode over, bursting in flames, then I'm not bothering. Been there, dealt with that, bought the T-shirt.

Yes, especially since it's just one movie. I love the new content we've been getting but there's too much of it at once.
