That's kind of a common misconception. "Toxic masculinity" doesn't refer to all masculinity but rather to a specific expression of masculinity that usually includes things like not being allowed to show emotions and shit. Not masculinity as a whole. Just the toxic parts, hence the name.

On the one hand it is in the sense that it has the political conflict of freedom & democracy vs. dictatorship & oppression, on the other it isn't in the sense that the conflict isn't about or between left vs. right or liberal vs. conservative ideology, the heroes and the films' message and implications aren't of a particular ideological wing.
