I am hoping that someone can answer my question. I haven't read this whole thread so I apologise if it has already been mentioned.
I have lost about 18 kilos (38 pounds). I have gone from being 82 kilos (179lbs) to being 64 kilos (141lbs).
However I am feeling so cold this winter despite this winter being no worse than previous winters. I realise this is probably because of my weight loss but I was wondering if I will eventually adapt and get more use to the cold?

So far, so good. I'm just watching my calories and pick and eat. I only drink ONE soda a day, but limit it to about three forths of the bottle just for a sugar lift. Plus I walked on the treadmill really fast for about 50min yesterday so so far, so good. My pants feel looser and I feel a hell of a lot better! Three pounds is better than nothing. At first, I didnt loose anything..but after a couple of weeks, I started to loose.
