Spoilers DC's Stargirl: Season 3

That was a fun episode. I’m not familiar with the Infinity Inc. comics and so the cameos didn’t do anything for me. It’s a shame Jade isn’t sticking around. The JSA could do with a Lantern.

I guess cancellation after this season was to be expected, leaving The Flash to mark the end of DC heroes on the WB.

Does this mean Superman & Lois is also cancelled after the third season? Can't say I'd be surprised, though I hope it gets a bit more than that.

I stand corrected--it hasn't been cancelled yet and I think its next season will end after The Flash's.

Does anyone else think scenes with Cameron's grandparents are some of the worst writing this show's ever had?

Solomon Grundy?

Nope. The Ultra-Humanite!

A classic JSA villain from the comics.

Here's the most relevant passage:

"In the annual JLA/JSA
teamup in Justice League of America #195-197 (1981), the Ultra-Humanite transfers his consciousness to an albino gorilla body and becomes a major super-villain on Earth-Two. In one instance, he recruited Brain Wave, Monocle, Rag Doll, Psycho-Pirate, Mist, and four villains from Earth-1 (Plant Master, Signalman, Cheetah, and Killer Frost) into a new Secret Society of Super Villains. Afterwards, the Ultra-Humanite regularly appears in DC Comics titles, opposing the All-Star Squadronin the 1940s, and the Justice Society of America and Infinity, Inc. in the decades since World War II."

Prediction: Sylvester js really the Ultra-Humanite and has been manipulating the JSA and Cindy to his own ends The suggestions and hints he's given Rick and Beth seem more that just friendly advice.
Comic fans might recall a similar scenario with the Ultra-Humanite in producer James Robinson's "The Golden Age" graphic novel.
Heh, the first domino has fallen. ;)

It's been a few episodes now since we've seen the staff--saving dollars on the effects budget so we could get a few seconds of the big bad.

Finally caught up (I was two episodes due to the Verizon/Nexstar fight and had to install The CW app on my streaming dongle), by which point the latest episode had aired.
