It seems like any concept that is marginally successful will be rehashed to death by DC. Coming soon: Yet another Crisis!
Yeah, cuz it's not like Marvel hasn't beaten Deadpool or X-Men into the ground, far more in excess of anything DC's ever done!

Deadpool
Deadpool Corps
Deadpool Team-Up
Deadpool Pulp
Uncanny X-Force (Deadpool on team)
or how about these X-Books shipping in Sept.....
Origins of Marvel Comcis: X-Men
X-Men
X-Men: Curse of the Mutants - Smoke and Blood
X-Men: Curse of the Mutants - X-Men vs Vampires
Wolverine: The Road To Hell
Wolverine
X-23
Daken: Dark Wolverine
Uncanny X-Men
X-Men Legacy
New Mutants
X-Factor
X-Force: Sex and Violence
New Mutants Forever
X-Men Forever
Holy Crap! That's probably half of Image or Dark Horse's entire line right there!! I remember when the X-Men were actually cool. They had one, and only one, X-book.....The Uncanny X-Men.
(The blurb for that months issue of Wolverine states: "the only Wolvering series for this month!" otherwise this list would be longer.)
This is Marvel doing this on a MONTHLY basis.....as opposed to every few YEARS and doing a "Crisis". And DC only did two "Crisis" books in the modern era, as opposed to the annual events during the 60's and 70's....so they were hardly beating anything into the ground with the new ones.
Bottom line, Marvel is far more egregious in the "rehasing anything marginally successful to death" category than DC.
