09 or Beyond? The purist in me goes for 09, but Beyond is the first if not the only really great update to TOS that still feels like TOS. Although I suppose I'd have to let SNW into that club as well.
I think Beyond had the cleanest looking, and I really liked the Yorktown jumpsuits. I think it would be cool to see a variant made for the Beyond ones with the dress uniform and possibly a utility outfit, like the flight suit from ID, or an away team jacket style uniform.

The color and the rank stripes are the only things I don't like on the SNW. The rest looks suitable as an interpretation of TOS' look.

I guess Disco's Enterprise uniforms softened me up on the color. "We'll make the colors SO bad that if we're even just reasonable even the die hard fans won't even care!"

Okay, I chose the TMP selection because I liked the style of the uniform, even though I would tweak aspects of it. For example, I would not have the life monitor/buckle be so bulky, I would would replace the insignia badge with a metal one, and I would add collar (like Spock's uniform) that would represent department colors. There would be two variants: grey and white, with the white uniform representing "medical".
Also, a while back, someone did a photoshop of the TMP uniforms with the traditional color scheme (red, blue and gold) for the top, black pants for the bottom. That's acceptable as well.

The actual Phase II uniforms looked to be TOS uniforms in the test footage, so maybe in "Planet of the Titans" they would be wearing TOS uniforms as well? ColeMercury had a neat idea for his version of "Planet of the Titans" which was to use the TMP uniforms but give them brighter division colours, so more like a cross between TMP and TNG uniforms.

I wouldn't mind the TMP uniforms if it seemed closer to TOS.

I like the Maroons and I think the FC/ ENT uniforms would actually be practical for today's military.

I remember in the novel Vendetta, one captain muses that the captain's jacket variant is 'kinder to older captains who aren't in as good of shape as they used to be.'

Now, how about the VOY engineering jacket that makes it look like you are (badly) hiding a pregnancy?

Very few stills exist - probably intentionally - as the VOY S4 writers apparently didn't want B'elanna to also be pregnant. Most of Dawson's scenes were either shot up-close, or in relatively darker lighting, or with some sort of console or other furniture element blocking the view of her lower torso. I don't know why they did that, everyone knew she was pregnant at the time. Just another bad judgment call in the VOY writers' room...

Here's one I did find:

If it's the top with the pocket for pens and other small tools on the right side, then that's the "maternity" uniform.

Perhaps it's a variant on the medical jacket, or something typically worn by ops/engineers in cold areas of the ship/station, particularly areas without moving parts (no chance of snagging/getting caught and causing a nasty accident)

One-piece coveralls or jumpsuits have advantages and disadvantages. For long periods of wear (involving bathroom breaks), people generally prefer two pieces. Most navies wear two-piece uniforms at sea, and the US Navy is currently switching from coveralls (back) to a two-piece. The US Coast Guard, more stable in changing uniforms, has used coveralls for dirty work but not primarily for sea duty.
