He pissed off way more people than her, he was reportedly often late to set holding up production, complained about the fact that the show used its ensemble cast more instead of treating as the sole lead character, changed dialog etc., it got so bad that one of the showrunners threatened to quit so Paramount fired Hardy.Yeah, I read that yesterday. I'm not entirely surprised. I've always felt that Tom Hardy must be difficult to work with. He comes across as very abrasive.

He was obviously fired, if he wasn't he'd still be under contract and there'd be no discussions about his return. Eh. 1990-2010 Law & Order was a lot better than the new revival.
L&O was a great show that just ran too long imho. Everything pre 2010 was the best
