Agents of Shield - Season 4

I find it amusing that the discussion about Ms. Bennett's unclothed buttock(s) has gone on for a 30,000% percent longer period of time than they were on screen.
It was how it was used. In a show where Fritz and Simmons are sleeping together you could have shown Jemma slipping hers back on to emphasize they were a sexual couple and say 10 o'clock now folks rather than just a gratuitous shot of your star or her hired double.

I'm gonna have to watch this ep again. I wasn't looking when this controversial shot happened. All I find on Google ("Chloe Bennet's butt on SHIELD") is shots of her in her underwear. No bare butt. And if it's the underwear shot that's getting people riled and bringing up soft core porn... well that's just ridiculous. There's a Victoria's Secret catalog in the mail today that shows more than that.

Perhaps they could appropriate a black van, and drive around the streets of LA taking odd jobs to the beat of music by Mike Post and Pete Carpenter. :D

In 2016 a crack spy unit was sent to prison by a S.H.I.E.L.D. court for a crime they didn't commit. These men and women promptly escaped from a maximum security stockade to the Los Angeles underground. Today, still wanted by the government, they survive as soldiers of fortune. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them, maybe you can hire the S-Team.

"Fair"? It's not a competition, and I'm not keeping score. I noticed what you might call a "disproportionate response" to the scene itself, put in my 2 cents about it, and would have been happy to leave it at that if I hadn't been challenged about it.

You know at this rate we may as well rename this thread "Reverend explains the meaning over everyday words to people."
I don't mean "fair" in a tit-for-tat sense, but as a synonym for "reasonable". And I'm not singling you out in this, hence "general backlash."

Personally, I thought it was adorable and perfectly in-character how both of them are in full PJs. Also nice how they establish that they're now sharing a bed without needing to make a meal of it.

It's really not that big of a deal. It's like the third or fourth shot of the episode when they're intercutting between Daisy suiting up and the ongoing car chase. Honestly you get more skin in a shampoo add, I just thought it seemed a bit out of place in context and wondered if anyone else thought so.
I'm amazed at how much fuss people have kicked up over the mere suggestion. Seriously, the hyperbole in reac

I would watch the hell out of that.

It just reminded me of how much I enjoyed the (very serialized) GI Joe - Renegades. I'll have to rewatch that soon!

Actually, that's a damn pretty good idea. However, Melinda's surname is spelled "May".

I wouldn't have been surprised if Most Wanted actually ended up being something along these lines.

Actually, my main thought when I first saw it was that the director must have studied French filmmaking or something.

H&I was showing an episode of the short-lived Sheena series from 2000 yesterday that had a lingering shot of waist-up full back nudity including major in-your-face side boobage.

Finally got to watch this one. Not bad. I was fairly happy with Ghost Rider, but I want to see this new Director soon...

And what was in the box? Are we going to be revisiting Madame Masque?

At the very least, we know tradition dictates that at some point he'll have to loose at least one body part. ;)

2 seasons. Over 30 episodes.

That's twice as much Shazam as Firefly.

'Sheena' is hardly a paragon of good taste and quality storytelling with which to draw a comparison.

But again, for the 971st time, it's not the shot in and of itself that made me question it's value, but the context in which it was used. They could have the whole cast running around bare arse naked and tackle out for the whole season for all I care, so long as there's a valid and believable reason for doing so.

As tame as it really was, doing so just because they could feels very cheap and just a little skeezy to my way of thinking.
