Agents of Shield - Season 4

I'm gonna have to say, I enjoyed season 4 a lot more than season 5 so far. I really liked the 3-arc structure. Everything seemed to happen at a good pace.
This is one of the things I love most about this show. Seems like every season has started out at a steady pace, spinning out the story judiciously, to a spectacular ending. This method has turned AoS into one of the few shows I'v seen that has managed to outdo itself every season.

I just finished re-watching the series' Season Two finale. In it, Raina told Daisy that she was destined to play a role in the latter' "destiny". Then I remembered that in Season Three, Lincoln Campbell told Coulson and his team that Andrew Garner aka Lash existed to also play a role in Daisy's destiny.

WTF? If Raina and Andrew aren't signs that Mutant Enemy treated Daisy as a borderline Mary Sue, I don't know what is.

I don't know if I agree with that assessment. I don't regard Season 5 as the best of the series. To be honest, I enjoyed Seasons 1 and 4 a lot more.

Well 1) Raina could actually see the future and she said very specifically that Daisy's "destiny" is to lead...which is what she does in the comics and is the logical end-point of here character arc. And 2) Technically it was Lash that had the "destiny" (to cure Daisy of Hive's infection), not Daisy herself. And if Lincoln made it sound Daisy centric, well that's just how his mind worked.

You use that label, I do not think it means what you think it means.
