24 Doctors! Oh My! (Spoilers)

Why would it be impossible for the Meta-Crisis Doctor to turn/become the Valeyard? The amalgamation thing would best fit that regeneration, after all, since he's not part of the "main" Doctor line, but an offshoot of him "born" out of his cut hand.

Is it because he's a human?
It's because the Valeyard was stated to be from "somewhere between" his "twelfth and final incarnations." The Meta-Crisis Doctor precedes his twelfth incarnation.
The way I see it, he is the twelfth incarnation, that spun from the Doctor via the cut hand and with help by Donna's personality. That he was between Tennant and Smith could mean that the Anthony Ainley Master had met both or, indeed, the Meta-Crisis Doctor from Pete's World.

And either way, how else can the Valeyard come to exist? If anything, the Meta-Crisis was born in battle and did commit mass murder with the Daleks and, presumably, Davros.

Again it would seem to me that the Dream lord is an early incarnation of the Valeyard who is silently growing in the Doctors mind. This dark manifestation will somehow leave the Doctor and become a separate entity.

See, this is the part I don't agree with. My impression has always been that the Valyard is a (possible?) future incarnation of The Doctor. Nothing split off, he just regenerated into a very dark person.

"There is some evil in all of us, Doctor – even you. The Valeyard is an amalgamation of the darker sides of your nature, somewhere between your twelfth and final incarnation, and I may say you do not improve with age."

I always have the impression that the Valeyard was split off of the Doctor as though the Doctor had tried seperate himself from his darker side.
