I'd have to go with Travis Mayweather. He just seemed annoying to me.
Surprised that nobody has said Voyager's Doctor.
Really? Where the heck was he in This Ain't The Valentine? As regulars go, I thought Malcom Reed was blah.
I quite liked Malcolm (maybe it's because I'm British), he seemed like the only competent member of the crew of the NX-01
Surprised that nobody has said Voyager's Doctor.
I have to go with the entire cast of Enterprise except Connor Trinneer.
God.
T'Pol - poorly written and poorly acted
Rom from DS9, without a shadow of a doubt. Every time he opened his mouth it made me shudder. How I longed for him to be involved in an explosive decompression accident. He took the 'bumbling idiot' role to a whole new level.
T'Pol - poorly written and poorly acted
May I extend this to every single Vulcan on Enterprise for the same reason? I swear nobody ever bothered to tell the guest actors that Vulcans aren't supposed to show emotions, because every time I see them they seem to be yelling angrily at a human.
And in an episode I watched yesterday, Archer asked T'Pol to read something over for him and she said I'D BE HAPPY TO. HAPPY.
The most annoying/boring crew with main characters from canon?

Security Officer: Odo (boring)
Science Officer: T'Pol (boring)
Bartender: Quark (annoying)
Chief Engineer: Rom (annoying)
Counselor: Deanna Troi (annoying AND boring)
Chief Medical Officer: Dr. Beverly Crusher (boring)
Chef / Morale Officer / Ambassador: Neelix (annoying)
Conn Officer: Nog (annoying)
