IIRC, the scene takes place at that marketplace on Qo'nos or wherever Georgiou was left off at in the S1 finale with Leland meeting up with her and recruiting her into Section 31.
I'll have to check my dvds but I think that is on the end of the episode I have. For the youtube link is there a specific title for it?

A "bonus scene" has been released from the DSC season one finale. Maybe originally intended as a post-credits scene? It takes place well after the episode, it seems. So far I only see it on twitter, but I imagine it'll percolate elsewhere fairly quickly. US Link...

Watched “That Hope Is You, Part II”.
Fairly solid outing. I did not appreciate the turbo lift funhouse, again. Also, on a ship with 140 people having only one respirator available below deck five seems… shortsighted on a ship with a crew of 140 people.

Yeah but they did the turbolift thing with the Enterprise as well in Discovery, not sure if they did that in SNW at all.
It doesn’t make it any better of a decision just because it was done on a different show.
The funhouse TARDIS turbolift was a monumentally stupid concept and I am so glad they abandoned it.
I do not think they did that on SNW but it is in one of the short treks with Una and Spock trapped in a turbolift and they burst into song
Any way you try to qualify it, it wasn’t a good idea.

Sadly, it did come up as a plot point in the season 3 finale when Booker fought an Orion on top of the turbo lift and knocked him off into the chasm.
Which makes sense for any mods to the Discovery in the future and "bigger on the inside" tech shown previously.
If I can ignore the turbo lift shaft in Star Trek V then I can ignore it in the 23rd century.
The time pod from Enterprise "future tense" came from the around the 32nd century. So that tech probably got put into Discovery .
Which would work if the first times we saw it had been in the 32nd.
