This looks great. Looking forward to some 80's style college party movie shenanigans. Commander Kelrec is portraying the crusty old dean trope pretty well. However, I will also happily take 66 minutes of Darem and Caleb walking around in towels
But sometimes hijinks are the most logical course of action.
Looking foreward to this! Rewatched both eps a few times now, really starting to love this show..! Hyped for the new episode! Been looking foreward to new episodes ever since I became a die-hard fan all the way back in 1994, and here we are 30+ years later and I'm still looking foreward..! So glad to have been a positive Trekkie all that time, enjoying the ride, seeing where Trek takes me next..!
It looks delightfully fun! I'm glad the show is leaning into the college setting like this with a sense of optimism.

its funny when people complain about the humour in new Trek, when Mudds Women was literally one of the episodes considered as the debut episode of TOS. lolFun? FUN?!!

It was not a particularly funny episode, though. "I, Mudd" is the one that's conceptually a comedy.

I think more and more people are in love with the idea of Star Trek, the sandbox world it created, and a lot of the ancillary materials but they don't love the show Star Trek.
Reno describing herself as a nerd/jock hybrid, genuinely one of the greatest moments in trek.
