In a recent interview, Noga Landau mentioned there would be a returning legacy character in season 2

I thought that 2, but then she seemed more excited. I think earlier on she mentions it is someone we haven't seen for a while. In view of just how many actors have reprised in the last decade (including animation, I get to it being O'Brien,A Dax, Archer. OR it could be the actor is familar rather than their character, so someone played by Jeffrey Combs.Im going with a new Dax host.
That would make the Dax symbiont 1176 years old by season 2. The Jinaal episode establishes they dont live that long. Unless a Dax skipped a few centuries during the temporal war.Im going with a new Dax host.

He appeared recently though. Because it's the 60th, I do expect Shatner in some form...My guess is Wesley. Given he was once a cadet and can now travel through time thanks to his Traveller powers, it would make the most sense.

Spoiler alert! This thread isn't tagged...Depends on what happens in episode 5 of season 1. It's apparently a tribute to DS9 and has a focus on Sisko and what happened to him. But also Avery Brooks has retired from acting and was notably disappointed with the decision to have Sisko stay in the wormhole and not return to Jake and Kasidy. He felt it fell into the absent black father trope. I don't think he would agree to come back as Sisko given that the character would be returning from the wormhole 800 years after his family is all dead.
Didnt she say a legacy character we havent seen in a long time? We saw Worf only a couple years ago.HoloWorf. Jay-Den's ridges look House of Mogh to me.
Sure, in Real World years, but.....Didnt she say a legacy character we havent seen in a long time? We saw Worf only a couple years ago.

Kudos to them if they managed a Data cameo.![]()

A poster's speculation is not a spoiler. Speculations within the board rules are fine.Spoiler alert! This thread isn't tagged...
