If anyone is interested in such things, Jammer finally reviewed Prodigy Season 2. I think I liked it more than he did (Though I'm so happy he loved Last Flight of the Protostar, which I think might be my favorite episode of the series) but it's great that he finally completed it.

I didn't catch the Dal and Gwyn references, but SAM mentioned the Doctor's mentoring of the Protostar crew.
Sadly I fear that, due its unique nature of being tied in with Nickelodeon and Netflix, it may be caught up in licensing limbo for a long time. I greatly hope I'm very wrong about that, but I don't have a very good feeling about it. This is pretty much the main reason why I made a point of getting all the BRD seasons of this series while they're still available. It's exceedingly rare that anything having to do with Netflix gets a physical media distribution.
