So What Are you Reading?: Generations

Gah, this pizza talk is torturing me. I just discovered I've developed a tomatoe allergy a few months ago, after years of having spaghetti and or pizza at least once every week or two. And of course, since I can't have them I keep finding myself with horrendous cravings for them.
As for my reading, I finished up Q-Zone, the second Q Continuum trilogy book Tuesday night, and yesterday I started Star Wars: The High Republic: Out of the Shadows by Justina Ireland.

So have a white pizza. Have your pasta with Alfredo or Pesto.

Pomodoro and Marinara (is there a difference?) aren't the only Italian sauce bases available. The Italians didn't start eating tomatoes until the 17th century. Mainly because they didn't realize they were edible.

I've lately been reading a ton of material on the history of the American West (plus Civil War): quite involving stuff.
Michael Wallis' 'Billy the Kid: The Endless Ride' is a particularly good volume, of late.

Going further back in history - and focusing more on an exploratory bent - 'A Pirate of Exquisite Mind', by Diana and Michael Preston... is a fine biographic of an underrated British explorer (and buccaneer, earlier on)

That's not the same, it's the combination of red sauce, (vegan) cheese, and toppings that I loved so much.
