Yeah, that's just how they're aligned on the model. I agree, it's kinda odd. That’s pretty! Although, maybe it’s the angle of the photo, but the alignments of the windows towards the front of the 2H imply some serious non-Euclidean geometry for the corresponding decks inside.![]()
No problem.I'm also in the process of building an Enterprise-C. At this point it just needs painting. I would be interested in knowing which paints you're using.
@publiusr, there’s of course nothing per se wrong with sharing a link to something that’s relevant to the topic from time to time. But it’s become something you’re doing with way too much frequency here on the Trek BBS. And in many cases it’s not entirely obvious why you think it’s something that really needs to be shared. Merely posting a bunch of links with half a sentence each just isn’t cutting it. I’m aware that you’ve actually been warned about doing this very thing in the past. But instead of giving you another warning I’m just going to ask you to dispense with sharing URLs entirely. At least for the time being.A different take on that concept

Sigh…
The physical model kit? It was repopped in 2011, you might still be able to find one.I've been looking for a Lief Ericson model, https://www.projectrho.com/SSC/model.html, this dang thing looks cool.
Been considering commissioning one for 3D Printing.
I love how you enhanced the hangar bay, building an observation deck with windows that match those on the outer hull, a personnel hatch at deck level and mechanisms to open and seal the bay doors, allowing them to totally clear the surrounding outer hull edges..The physical model kit? It was repopped in 2011, you might still be able to find one.
