They dropped the ball by not giving Seven "Voyager" but heck I least I saw a glimpse of what I wanted was to see Raffi and Seven together on a ship.
That can still happen, she's the Captain of the Enterprise-G at the moment.

It would be nice to show her transfering Captaincy's to a brand new ship and let somebody else take the USS Enterprise-G from her.

But when the PathFinder class Voyager-B becomes a thing, a nice highly detailed model with some structural changes would be cool.

As far as Raffi x Seven, that can still happen, or they can go their seperate ways.
Who knows what the writing staff will do.

Not a chance. All I'll be doing is complaining why it doesn't look like THE CAGE and why that things named Enterprise doesn't look like the ship I love? I'll look forward to Legacy and keep my fingers crossed.
Not everything can look like The TOS Pilot episode "The Cage" after so many decades passing by and VFX updating.

Even Gene Roddenberry prefers to update his designs and really liked the Enterprise-D / Galaxy Class when it was new. Same with TMP Refit Enterprise.

I guess you'll need to adapt or learn to let some things go.

I felt a little disappointed because I expected Janeway (they mentioned her enough times) and didn't get her. Maybe I need to watch it again knowing that, and maybe I'll enjoy it more a second time

Another thought from the finale is why the Titan became enterprise and not a sleaker advanced new ship...probably that realization that legacy is cool too and has something to contribute , a bit of the old and a bit of the new together

cause they have the set and if they end up going to series or another movie, they won't have to build another.

Maybe he can do what Dr. Who does and regenerate into another body?
Maybe he already has and we don't know it. It's not like he talks about Q Biology in any form of details.

What would be more interesting is to see John DeLancies IRL sons play Q Junior by his side along with his on-screen wife.

If you thought Q was bad, imagine what Q, his two sons, and his wife would do.

Galavanting around the Multi-verse.

I also can't get over how the fate of humanity was being controlled by a Borg with a cockney accent lol. Sounded like he was trying to sell me some fruit at an East London market stall when he was talking to all those ships.

Or look forward to the future. Which there's optimism. Boy, I wish those designs were better looking, altho I see some of Voyager's dna and there's hint of the pre-Voyager design in it. If that was Seven's ship, I could live with that.

Yeah, thinking about all the cameos they wanted, and still no Ds9 characters on the list. Not counting Worf of course
None on the list but there were a lot of DS9 references through the PICARD series which was fun. Remember Quarks?

Any word on the survival of Elizabeth Shelby?

Also, since Titan is now the Enterprise-G, I hope we see a Titan-B at some point, and it not be some ugly Constitution wannabe like the last one.

And, the entire Starfleet fleet is apparently all in Earth orbit -- all 7,000 ships -- so the only defense the rest of the Federation would have would be whatever member world space forces remain outside of Starfleet's org chart (the Vulcan Defense Force, the Andorian Imperial Guard, etc.) and whatever civilian ships they can press into service.
I don't think StarFleet only has 7,000 ships for defending so much territory.

I think that was a proto-type networked fleet that Admiral Shelby had test trialed and now we realize the error of her ways.

Given how vast StarFleet is and how many people are serving within StarFleet at any one time.

7,000 ships is a rounding error.

compatible with Paramount's shrinking budgets though. I can imagine that stuff getting loaded in shipping containers and showing up in Ontario before long. :)
Does anybody know why Paramounts budgets are shrinking?

Star Trek should be doing well enough on it's own.
