Or perhaps the DNA of one particular soild, Jack - and now somethings gone wrong, and they need him, or more of his DNA, to fix it.

Ohh I loved that Clip. Something about seeing Crusher being a doctor just feels so right to me.

Wait a minute, it's a shocking moment to learn these Changelings can pass the blood test that's usually used to detect them? There were Changelings on DS9 that fooled the test all the time. Like the one impersonating Martok.

    I don't think it's shocking. I think it's just confirmation.

I for one will happily take Crusher doing just about anything that isn't simply inane background "generic Doctor stuff". Battle-Crusher, Captain Crusher, Dr Crusher, M.E... Whenever she's given good material, Gates McFadden shines.

The shocking part is not that they can fool the blood test, it's how they can fool the blood test now. These new changelings can keep their human form even after death and can replicate internal organs and bodily fluids. That's new. In the past, a changeling could temporarily mimic a little blood to fool a test. But now, these new changelings can replicate the same internal structure as a human, making it virtually impossible to detect them since their internal organs and fluids will be human-like.

There's still one big question in my mind ...
How did theses Changelings figure out that Jack could help them?
    (or hinder them)

What prompted them to start going after him?

Wow, the TNG gang including Worf and Seven all in the same scene. Representation from TNG, DS9 and Voyager. All three 90s shows united. It's the crossover we waited thirty years for.

    Worf doesn't count as a DS9 crosscover

    Well, I wouldn't

Meh, he's the closest thing to a DS9 character we're likely to get this season.

Worf was better utilized on DS9. Fewer years there, but 50/50 TNG/DS9 for me.

They should have called this episode, "Burgle."

Given the the Changelings, I wouldn't be surprised if a DS9 character shows up to help out. Episode 7 is titled
    Dominion
So it's possible a trip to the Bajor sector and a certain space station is involved.

Will they fly around the station few times?
