Some sexual innuendo, a little bit of blood. Perhaps some kids could be scared by the hunter? I don't really know.

I liked the game inspired by the real-life Klingon boardgame with Gowron on VHS. Other than that, the episode was entirely forgetful. Could not tell you another thing that happened.

I thought it was an improvement over last weeks.

I thought I was imagining that.

To anyone who played one of those 90s 'video' games like Atmosfear, the Klingongame was funny. Funny also to imagine there was a Star trek themed one. You can see it on YouTube still I just found out. What a blast.

It's Star Trek. The universal translator hand waves all that away.
We've had episodes where aliens rhyme English words together purposefully.

He should have said ‘experience bij’ but maybe that is in the gowron expansion.

Martok! Catch and release! Lots of fun, but nothing really memorable...

I guess Boimler learned one thing, though:

I was hoping they'd learn from the successes of season 1 and 2 and season 3 would be a shift in storytelling. Instead we get more of the stuff that doesn't work. Utterly unmemorable.

I liked this a lot more than the previous one - several generally funny moments, and ones which didn't depend purely on references. I wish they did the references like this more often - having the reference be an element of the joke (eg Martok delivering lines which are amusing in themselves) rather than being the entirety of the joke (eg a random reference by Boimler to Sub Rosa).

They really need to make the Martok game into something real world.

It's goofy stuff for sure but it has the Trek spirit and feel. I'm part of the "we" that enjoyed it.

So, like everything else ever in the course of human history?

Which is by definition memorable. Because it's history.

Hate to disrupt the thrilling discourse, but please leave it be, all of you. It's completely over the top to attack anyone who voices some criticism of the show.

Cute, but mostly unremarkable. I did enjoy it, though…

I find I like when LD does “subtle humor” like this more than the in-your-face stuff.

Martok was hilarious, as was the hunter guy “thanks for the mimosas”
