Freedom of speech protects you from the government silencing your speech, it doesn't apply to private internet forums. Also, Gray was a direct reference to another chapter of the franchise since they were resurrected into a physical body using records of the late 24th century tech of Altan Soong to bring back Picard. Gray is both a triumph of the recovery of a loved one believed lost and a way to get people to watch another streaming Trek series.

Even if a mod/admin did ban you, that wouldn't be violating your freedom of speech because you'd be free to move to another site and keep talking the same way.
Also freedom of speech only protects you from the government, not privately controlled venues on the internet. At least that's how it works in America. I don't know what the laws in Germany are like.
