What exactly makes the concept of futuristic materials valid for the 60s, but not for the 2020s?
I suppose it makes sense for you that a 60s design has futuristic materials, but a 2020s design should not be futuristic in your mind...?

Also where did I say a 2020s design shouldn’t be futuristic? The discovery Connie is futuristic.
If the TOS Connie’s materials were supposed to allow for thinner parts, why do most later ship designs ignore that and go for sturdier looking parts? The TMP refit swapped out the pylons for more sturdier looking ones (which by the way originally came from an alternate concept for the TOS Enterprise if Gene didn’t like what we got). Clearly they weren’t that great.

Yeah, except that it doesn't. Anyone, without knowing a thing about Star Trek, could tell you by looking at pictures of the bridges which of TNG and Trek 2009 is the more recent, modern and "futuristic."
Honestly I think chasing "futuristic" isn't the way they need to be going, considering they've got series set in three time periods, each of them centuries from now. Especially as "futuristic" apparently means absurdly reflective floors and light strips in people's eyes in 2022.
By the 23rd-24th century there's basically no technological limitations on their interior design, rooms can look like anything, so the sets should reflect the styles of each of these imaginary future histories rather than try to sell how advanced they are. I think Strange New Worlds is doing a pretty good job of this for the most part. I just wish they were leaning more towards being practical... because they wouldn't have to lean far before they basically matched the look of the Original Series.

The TMP refit's pylons have about the same length connection where they meet the secondary hull and they're plenty flimsy (I had to screw my model kit together with actual screws to keep the bloody things from falling off). And the Enterprise D has very thin pylons by comparison.

And yet the designer of the Abramsprise made his pylons super thin. Furthermore, they are attached to nacelles which are ridiculously oversized for the pylon strength. So your argument has no merit.
Since they seem to be allowed to use FASA designs (re: the Loknar class Titan), it would be cool to see some Antons, Larsons, Chandleys, etc. But the sad truth is that we’ll probably just see recycled season 1 ships. Oh well. At least there’s Picard season 3.

Nah. They're pretty lame.
Personal feelings of lameness aside, they still used the same design as the Tenth Planet. Clearly someone didn’t think they were so outdated that they wouldn’t work on screen.
And previous someones did not. It's never one size fits all.
Maybe it's just me, but I've thought Doctor Who always looked cheap and dated as hell. I've tried multiple times to get into the "modern" era of the shoe and I just can't get past how utterly cheap the whole thing feels. And you can say that story is what matters and bla bla bla, but if a show looks like utter garbage, that's a point against it.
I for one am thankful that Star Trek has stayed modern while clearly honouring the past. Strange New Words screams 60's without looking "cheap and tacky". I can certainly suspend my disbelief and accept this as a visual retcon.
And before you bring up "In a Mirror, Darkly" that was clearly a novelty series of episodes, built purely for nostalgia. "Look at it, it's the 60's again"! "Isn't that cool"? You can't build an entire series around a novelty.

It was most likely a screw up by someone in their marketing area, who looked up images online of Enterprise and used one of the first ones they saw (probably from the Beyond posters) and matched the nacelle colors.That's been the plan all along!

Honestly, I don't think the general public is zooming into the posters and saying it isn't the one from the series. They see a saucer and 2 engines. To them, it's the Enterprise.
