It's not that far-fetched what he is saying.
Her hair does have some resemblance with the hair of Eileen Merrell, a character from the HBO show "The Deuce", which is supposed to encapsulate the stereotypical 70s hooker look.

Defending stupid only makes you look worse than you normally do. It's the same as "early 80's hair", where literally every girl had the feathered thing going on.

anyway, as i was going to say before the racist textual diarhhea pump and his newfound dingleberry reoriented the thread, this was a good episode. I am a lot more impressed with PIC season 2 than one, even as they are taking a lot of risks. i do have a feeling we will end up knowing not much more about the supervisors than we already did, though I am also more convinced than ever that Grudge is one of them.

It’s part of their rather unhealthy obsession with Jean-Luc not changing in ANY significant way. They want TNG Jean-Luc and nothing and no one else despite the fact that decades have passed by now both IRL and in the Trek universe. Hence their anger towards him having a synthetic-in-origin body, it’s an uncomfortably loud reminder of the fact that things have changed. I found it rather amusing when they cheered for him now “being human again” in the Confederation timeline (says a lot about them that they cheer for a human fascist regime timeline but I digress) only to be reminded of the fact that Q mentions that Jean-Luc still has a synth body thanks to his fight with Skull Dukat. Too bad.
I don’t know what the problem is and why some people can’t just accept Jean-Luc the way he is. The first thing I thought when I heard about the defibrillator not working on him was “oh wow I’m gonna assign Jean-Luc to tumble dryer duty now because I hate that static electricity thingy that happens with some of the laundry when you take it out, he’s probably unaffected by it - how neat!”
I generally love the idea of… err… exploring his synth body? Making sure everything is where it should be? (And if not that would be okay too, of course.) Is this TMI? If so, sorry. But you get the idea. Human or synth, I don’t care, Jean-Luc is Jean-Luc and that’s enough for me.
I'm not clamouring for Picard to revert to being human but I do think RoboPicard was poor, contrived writing. When Soong mentioned the golem in Season One I thought that it was a way to bring Data back which, whilst still fairly contrived I could understand the desire to undo Nemesis and bring back a major character (Trek also has form with Spock after all). I also wondered, given the focus on his health, if they were going to give him a big send off just to bring him back to life but figured that would be too ridiculous (only it wasn't). I think what didn't help was that Data got such a moving death scene but it was a bit odd for Data to insist on dying because it's an essential part of being human whilst having Picard cheat death via this convenient golem Soong had lying around.
Having said all that, I do think exploring his new body would be a good idea but the fact the writers have chosen not to make a big deal of it makes me think they realise it was a bit silly and just want to move on. I mean, it could have been a major plot point after the car accident but wasn't. I was wondering it was going to be a 'come clean' moment and the doctor would become a fully clued up part of the gang as it were.
Ultimately though, I'm not going to lie, Picard's been a pretty fun ride and I'm curious to see where it goes. I also like how it hasn't just been a standard starship-based series and we've got to see a different side of the Star Trek universe.

Things that struck me about this Ep, in no particular order...
Adam Soong -- as others have noted, the progenitor of the Soong line or actually the source for all the subsequent Soong clones (or does he just have very dominant genes...?!)
Kore -- the timing within the previously established timelines may be a little off here, but are they going to tell us that this the beginning of the Eugenics programme that leads to the Augments and Khan Noonien-Singh...? (And is this connected to the real problem with the timeline?). Why is Adam Soong a BIG figure in the Confederation future, extolling Human supremacy...?
Q -- He's being manipulative for sure, but I'm not wholly convinced that Q is being as nefarious as it may at first appear. I suspect that there's something in all of this that JLP needs to do / process / understand.
Soong and the car -- my take was that this was blind luck, he didn't expect to see JLP and Renee; having failed at his attempt to sideline JLP at the party, he saw an unexpected opportunity and figured it was his one chance to do what Q had asked him (even if murder may have somewhat exceeded the scope of Q's intent).
Robo-Picard is something the writers are stuck with, even if it's hard to make the concept make sense most of the time. He'd have to be pretty damn close to a "real" human for a physician not to spot a problem. It bugs me when drama shows completely mess with medical stuff but it's not fully material to the story they want to tell so I'll have to park my annoyance and move on...
Pill can sing. Yeah, OK, the arrangement / orchestration was a bit too tight to be pulled out of thin air but I'm good with Queenie somehow scanning their set list (and selectively re-activating power for the PA, amps, follow-spot. Moving on...).
Juratie and Queenie -- great double act, but hope they don't over-play it. What *is* Queenie's agenda?! Could she indeed be going after the Cochrane line or some other way to do her own timeline messing?
Finally, who the F*** is this guy...??!!

That was the whole point in season 1. The new synths are organic and pretty much indistinguishable from humans even with 24th century technology.

go figure. I hated the finale of season 1, but not for giving him a synth body. In fact I found extremely fitting and ironic that one for of the most human characters to end up in an artificial body.

A difference which makes no difference is no difference at all.
This was also part of the problem with the rebooted Battlestar Galactica. They really aren't synthetic if you can't tell them apart from organic material. They are just grown organic bodies, aged to whatever age they need to be, that have the memory engrams inserted.
Side note: just realised that pretty much in every episode we’ve been shown security forces doing an abysmal job.
Episode 1, with the Starfeet security on the Stargazer ignoring their captain’s order to stop firing (and still totally failing at incapacitating the queen);
Episode 2, confederation security being totally inept in having their president and an alien PoW kidnapped and then to stop a supposedly small and underpowered vessel to leave;
Episode 3, the security guy buying 7’s and raffi’s story on the tower and especially ICE doing a raid without blocking the back exit;
Episode 4, the ICE ward beating up Rios (sadly, this is the most realistic instance of the list);
Episode 5, the french policeman NOT reporting in and calling for backup before entering a cloaked spaceship (!!!). But also the ICE bus drivers opening up the prisoners area of the bus for no reason, ending up being beaten up by one of the prisoners.
And now the several deficiencies of the security people of this supposed high security gala.
Probably just a coincidence, but pretty amusing.
