So, the Narada of the future didn't enter a split off universe in the past, it just went into its own past? No, I cannot do that in my head. That theory, wipes the prime-line out, all of it!
I can do the back in time part but it must be into a different universe that split off when the Narada went through. That universe plays separately from Prime and only has 3 stories told within so far. ST, STID and BEY.

I'd love to see an appearance by the USS Kelvin, but I have feeling that even if it does show up it'll end up looking 25% different (and George Kirk will look 100% different).
If you're speaking of the 2233 era designs, then yes I agree with you. They did look like a nice transition from the Enterprise Era type ships and still had a TOS look to them, although probably a bit more primitive looking. Would like to see them refitted to be more like DSC 23rd century ships by the time we see them, though with a look and design similar to the DSC Connie.
Maybe 50% different if they can hire Liam Hemsworth as George.
The TOS movie ships fit pretty well into TNG so anything is possible if they put effort into it

Why not? If it snows in the Kelvin timeline, you can use George Kirk to grit the path with so you don’t slip and fall.
Just get another Hemsworth.
Also, the Kelvin would look great even with differences. Just like the Constitution class.

Exactly. I would enjoy seeing more of George Kirk's balancing family and work life.
what about Kirks brother.... last time we saw him in the prime timeline he was played by Kirk with a mustache .... and dead
Be nice to give Kirk more of a family background than just footnotes and "Yes, I have a family, like all humans. "
