ENT was the last series to do the Borg well. And that was over 18 years ago.

The Borg Queen is lame and cucks the Borg.

I think the recreational assimilation on Voyager did more damage to the Borg.

The Borg Queen deserves even less than Hugh got.

I'd rather have Daimon Bok back.

I noticed there is no mention of the Borg Collective, just the Queen. It could just be someone time traveling back to First Contact or Wolf 359 for a scene or two. I mean this season's about time traveling, right?

I'm not going to pass judgement until the episodes with her in them air.

Q, The Borg Queen, time travel to what appears to be the 21st century. I have no idea what to expect from season 2.

Borg Queen tries to keep Jean-Luc from being born by killing off his ancestors?

Kill off JL's ancestors, try ST: FC scenario again (and succeed this time).

Or The BQ decides to take over humanity by going back to the 21st century and becoming an instagram influencer? Srill not sure how Q fits in, maybe he is the one that sends Picard back

21st century Earth. What if she's a computer technician and they're doing their own version of Borg Origins? I recall a pitched Enterprise season 5 episode starring Alice Krige where she was a medical technician on NX-01 who got assimilated and became the queen.

Either that, or she'll appear in Picard's head to taunt him. I can't see Picard doing any kind of traditional TNG/FC/VOY Borg story.

Star Trek Picard is pathetic. It has the façade of doing something new, but really it's just about digging up memberberries and trend chasing.

We've seen the Borg a million times. Move on. Couldn't care less about the Queen.

Picard has always been about nostalgia. I don't think it's ever pretended otherwise.

The Borg are a large part of who Picard is as a person.

The man has been traumatized by his time as Locutus for over thirty years.

I don't disagree only in that the Borg Queen was on several VOY episodes after her debut in First Contact (and being the best big bad of the TNG films and one of the best big bads of all the Trek movies), while Hugh was in like only three TNG episodes. I still wish they had kept Hugh alive. There was no need to kill him off. It's not like we saw the great friendship (supposedly) between him and Seven to necessitate her getting revenge. Perhaps they should've kept Icheb alive for that, if he was fated to killed off.

Pretty sure the Borg just mulch drones once they age.

The show could be better, but "pathetic" it isn't.
