Which is well with in his rights in the Romulan legal system.
I hope they kept the starburst effect for when Qs snap their fingers but just update the quality of the opticals.
We did sort of get a look at their culture up close in Unification. But it does make you wonder about that one part of Romulus were I guess they might have accents though Data corrected the soup lady on that part. We also don't know about Remans and whether or not we will ever even see them again.
Remember: the plural of "spouse" is "spice"."Wives". The Universal translator got it wrong.

I guess. Seeing as the Queen can be different individuals in charge of the Collective who just happen to have nearly identical physical appearances it's not completely out of the ballpark. And PIC Season 2 is taking place at least in part in an altered timeline so in this changed history perhaps this is how the Borg Queen looked and sounded?
Or it's just a recast.
I'm not entirely joyous the character is returning but I'm willing to give it a shot.

It's nice the FBI is showing up in Picard.
I'm not sure how I feel about this, so I will just have to wait and see. The actor was excellent on Runaways btw.
Not excited about more Borg stuff. Enough already.
