I think a fair approach would be to 1st draft it clean and on 2nd and 3rd draft review key dialogue for whether an expletive feels right and feels necessary.
So rather than cleaning up dialogue which, because it is your baby you are protective of, it is adding colour and emphasis where appropriate

Some of the best comedians I knew were adamant that a joke should stand on its own two feet without swearing and you only add it if it makes a difference to presentation. Same things stands that the dialogue should work without it but adding may make it more impactful... and the guys write scenes they think are wrong? just to make them right later?
