Don't look directly at it. Just...take a quick glance and then focus your eyes on something else. 
Would it be possible to keep things a little cleaner and more family friendly than this?
Remember how a page a ago we refreshed that Seven had not eaten solid food in 20 years?
Her mouth didn't work.
Her throat didn't work.
Her intestines didn't work.
Her stomach didn't work
Her bowls didn't work.
Her bottom didn't work.
So despite most of her insides being dead and broken, all the glands, pipes and organs necessary for basic breeder intercourse were 100 percent fully operational?
Of course not, unless you believe that the Doctor surgically restored her sexual functionality before he surgically restored her ability to eat and poop.
The less I think about Seven pooping the better.

do you really not understand the difference in complexity and functional requirements between digestion and plain old basic sex? or that her mouth and throat did work cause (for example) she could speak and breath and swallow? or that lesbian sex with kim would require him to be a woman?
