Might spring for that, or a properly wrecked USS Constellation.

Sure, why not? They’ve already done all three BOP flight modes. Voyager warp mode should be a walk in the park for them, with minimal effort and up-front cost.

On the Facebook group, it’s being speculated that the San Francisco air-tram was substituted for the Type 18 shuttlepod (the second Defiant shuttle) so that the 18 can be used for a future shuttle set.

The Equiniox, Jenolan, Stargazer, and Enterprise-C weren't "properly wrecked", so I wouldn't count on it.

it's kind of a weird set now that the DS9 type-18 is gone. they should've swapped the voyager type-8 with another TOS movie shuttle (if there is one?) and made it a themed set, like the kelvin shuttles set.

speaking of TOS movies, rewatched all 6 last week and got a bit nostalgic (what else is new), found this girl on eBay for a not-terrible price and she's also not-terrible, or at least not as terrible as i was expecting:

A movie era set, that makes sense.
I'm glad, though, that we're getting the Type 8. I've been waiting for it and was close to have GamePrint print it instead.

Next shuttles on my wishlist are Ferengi Na'Far class, Janeway's SC-4 nude and armored.

We're still missing the Vulcan long range shuttle. I suppose there's also the concept art TMP Enterprise shuttle that was a smaller version of the Vulcan shuttle sans warp sled. I'd dig a model of either - now that i think about it, little weird they havent done the long range shuttle.

i would’ve been down for a shuttlecraft hawking from generations to keep the theme somewhat consistent.

It is strange they haven't done a warp shuttle yet - one of the more prominent ships not to have appeared yet. Although it only appeared once, it's very memorable.

I really wish the shuttles were part of the main line... A bit bigger, and sold separately. There are really a few of them I absolutely want to have!

But not all, usually only one or two from a set, and I'm not getting the whole set...

i bought the last two sets, kept the few that i wanted and sold the rest on eBay. they end up selling for around $30 because they’re harder to find, it defrays the cost.

I kind of like that they're smaller. Maybe it's psychological as my mind tells me these are "shuttles" not the big starships so I appreciate their size. Now as far as how much these cost... that's a whole other argument (they are expensive!!).

How about the Voyager from 'Nightingale'- on the surface with gear down and starboard nacelle being opened up for servicing the warp coils

I’m a bit surprised they haven’t done a “separated” Enterprise D with a stand for both the saucer and battle sections.

    Hi Peeps!

Yuss! My Probert 1701-C arrived today - my what a beautiful diecast it is!

I took to it with my sharpie marker, both underside and top saucer - and it looks sooooo much better with the completed windows!

    Pics to come shortly,,, :)

I don’t even remember that Night Ship - looks like something the Halo Covenant would fly.
