If you knew anything at all about law which you apparently do not (and I can say that as fact due to your ignorance in producing what you mistakenly consider pertinent documents proving your pointless opinion), "You can sue anyone for anything".
The color of their hair, their offensive mouth wash, their offensive barbs on internet blog sites. ANYTHING.
There are no guidelines as to whether the case needs to be sound or for that matter, valid to be filed. Just state it, pay the fee and wait your venue.
What's more is you can sue for any amount too. $10, $100, $10,000 or millions or just "the principal of it".
But you can bet your life on this...
Not a lick of it matters in any way, shape, form or manner until you have a judgement in your favor and even then, it still really doesn't matter because it can still be contested and quashed as well.
So going around shooting your mouth off insulting people and using a frivolous, unanswered or unresolved case as ammo to back your whining is the work of a fool, because if the suit is quashed, as it so often is, you have then PROVED yourself to be the fool that you only looked like before.

Even if there is a judgement, it's only as good as the paper it's written on.
Enforcing judgments is a full time job as most are simply ignored, appealed or worked around.
In law, that's unofficially yet universally referred to as the "so what" argument.

None of us really care about what you invested (that's referred to as the "three sides" doctrine. The complainants story, the respondents story and the truth which lies somewhere in between) nor are we even concerned with your personal feelings (they are in point of fact, irrelevant), good or bad about it either.
If you have FACTUAL material to deliver, not hearsay matter or fraudulent or malicious accusations, then we want to hear about it.
