It puzzles me how The Red Angel can have the lowest RT score this season if crap like New Eden exists.
New Eden got an average of 8.3 here over 262 votes, Red Angel 7.5 over 226 votes

Back in the 90s there used to be a website dedicated to rating episodes of sci-fi and fantasy shows. I can't remember it's name or if it even still exists but it was interesting.
Yeah, puzzling.New Eden got an average of 8.3 here over 262 votes, Red Angel 7.5 over 226 votes
It's still there, it just doesn't seem functional.I know what you're talking about. Joe Reiss' website Spoiler-Free Opinion Summary, abbreviated SOS.
I preferred it to Red Angel. I liked Red Angel but New Eden was the kind of Trek episode I like best.Yeah, puzzling.

The site I recall listed all the series of the day with each season and each episode. Next to each episode was a drop down box where you could rate it from 1 - 10. It would tell how many voted and the usual breakdowns. Maybe "world" or "geo" or "Global" was in the site title. Maybe Global TV Opinion Survey? Something like that.
And Point of Light did worse than both, with a 7.0 over 236. Average scores on this forum are rarely below 7 so that's pretty poor, comparatively. I'm not surprised New Eden did well, it scored highly from a lot of people waiting for Discovery to do a traditional "strange new world with a mystery" episode.New Eden got an average of 8.3 here over 262 votes, Red Angel 7.5 over 226 votes
I'll tell you if I can log onto that site once I access my AOL browser through my dial-up modem.I don't remember, it's been so long. But "geo" makes me think of Geocities, which it could've been.
All this '90s talk makes me want to break out a plaid shirt.

Instead of looking at other sites for episode ratings, I wish someone would tabulate how they have been rated here on trekbbs. We do have a poll for each episode.
Umm, the episode is already up. Just came up. Two hours early? Damn. On Amazon. Doesn't appear on CBS All Access by itself, but does appear on the Amazon version. Hmm.
I assure you, Commander, the cards are sufficiently randomised.I wonder if the title "perpetual infinity" will have something to do with a time loop or self-fulfilling prophecy?
