Well, CBS owns the design, so it's probably the one they'll use.

Tying down a fairly large medical ship as Picard's private taxi doesn't make sense. When is it supposed to fulfill it's (by name) primary function?

I would love that. It would be nice.

Though, personally, I am hoping to avoid too many USS Enterprises, though I'm sure that would be just as nice and as unlikely to happen.

Or they’ll realize that they can make any design they want, and change them.

Well, the last Enterprise design I liked was the Enterprise-D (I hate the Ent-E, the NX-01, the Abramsprise, and the STO Enterprise-F), so hopefully if they show a new Enterprise, it’ll finally be something I like, unless it is designed by Eaves, of course.

While I have enjoyed the Abrams Enterprise, as well as the ENT-E, the F, and onward, have left much to be desired.

Regardless, something new is exactly what I want from the Picard show.

In Twin Peaks, many hadn't changed jobs in 25 years.

Probably not the sanest example but... yeah.

If they do, they'll 25% it.

Hopefully they'll do a Enterprise E cameo atleast, He'll probably have a runabout, or personall shuttle like Sarek in Disco, or Admiral Janeway in Endgame.. not a full starship. Though that doesn't mean he can't grab a ride!
At this time, Riker would probably be an Admiral, unless he takes the Picard route of not accepting promotion and staying on ship. Could show Laforge or Worf as a captain. Ezri is a captain in the books.. that would be nice :)

    We shall see!

The STO Ent-F design was created almost ten years ago. The Titan, almost 15. I would like to think that if either ship was ever shown on screen, they wouldn’t feel beholden to use them and instead create something new and unique.

So... Riker has been stuck at Captain for 19 years, after being Commander for over a decade? Poor guy can't get a break. Then again, JLP was apparently Captain for 40 years... (2333-2373).

He probably was given multiple promotions to Admiral but turned them down. He has a history of doing that, you know ;)

No ship, generally speaking. By now he should be in a more senior role at SF HQ or a starbase. Bring back the "Fleet Captain" rank/role, so that he oversees a flotilla from his base of operations, and occasionally sits in the big chair of one of the ships if the situation calls for it.

Yes. They'll want a unique design they can merchandise again, like their version of the Enterprise.

The Luna has hardly been merchandised, other than book covers, and an appearence in STO, they had a model by Eaglemoss, that's it.

I bet a vast majority of fans have never seen it before. Putting it in a TV show would expose it to a lot more.

Either way, I don't want it in the show.

The Discoprise has hardly been merchandised apart from.... an Eaglemoss model. And soon, another Eaglemoss model.

And of course, the Titan was designed to fit with the Next Gen-era aesthetic, and whatever The Picard Show looks like, it won't be the TNG TV show or movies.
