Also, where do you see Naomi Pollack as being dead. Both Memory Alpha and IMDB show her as alive.
Same deal with William Sargent -- both show him as alive.
I'm not picking on you just wondering what sources you use that I haven't heard of!

    Last few questions.....

Brad Weston (Ed Appel) is shown by IMDB as dead.
Harry Landers (Dr. Coleman) is shown dead by both MA and IMDB
Lou Elias (Ent technician) is shown as dead by both
and I think you got Joan Swift and Ned Romero

Sorry if you noted the above and I missed them on an earlier post of yours

Green, I do use Memory Alpha and Imdb but also StarTrek.com, wikipedia, plus each year I use various Star Trek manuals that list the actors of each episode and hunt each one down using Imdb, Memory alpha and a general website search for that name. Your alerting me to Naomi and William as still alive intrigued me and I searched again and I agree with you that they both seem to still be alive. I've no doubt that it was Memory Alpha that first listed both as having died and a correction was perhaps made and I did not catch it. On the other end of this, I also did not catch the four actors you also mentioned that HAVE died. I'm not due to make my annual search until July but then I wonder how I missed all four at all, using Imdb. It just makes no sense. Thanks for working with me....

Green, as for who the pic is.... my manuals list possible last names only - Christie, McIntosh, Conde. No first names available from any manual I own. There is a 'Steve Arnold' listed as playing 'Zabo' but Alpha says he's still with us as is Sheldon Collins who played the boy and Lee Delano who played Kalo. Anthony Caruso, Vic Tayback and John Harmon have all passed. Sad part is, if this actor had a speaking part, his name should have been in the roll call when the episode was made and should have been in the credits and certainly have been on Imdb. Someone screwed up big time somewhere along the line.

You are right --- both Naomi Pollack and William Sargent were listed as passed away by Memory Alpha but then an apparent correction was made.

Under the category of "they can't possibly still be alive, can they?" Two actors were well into middle age when they appeared on TOS. The first is Bart Conrad -- he played Captain Krasnovsky in "Court-Martial". He would be well over hundred in my estimation. And...….

........Tom Curtis who played "Mike" also in "Court-Martial" The character of Mike had a line of dialogue but was not credited. Here is what he looks like...…

    http://memory-alpha.wikia.com/wiki/Mike

What is worse is that Memory Alpha has an actor who is not Tom Curtis (and who didn't speak any lines) listed as Tom Curtis. Here is the link from Memory Alpha with the WRONG actor's photo.

    http://memory-alpha.wikia.com/wiki/Tom_Curtis

But I went ahead and streamed an episode of Beverly Hillbillies (Fogy Mountain Soap) and an episode of Mission Impossible (The Emerald) where Tom Curtis appears AND is credited for the Hillbillies episode -- and Tom Curtis is definitely the salt and pepper haired actor who Memory Alpha lists as unknown.

At any rate, Tom Curtis would clearly be mid 90s or even a 100+ years old if alive, but more likely he just never got his death reported after he left the acting business.

But if they are till alive -- I say more power to them!!

You have more patience to sift thru episodes than I do. Perhaps you can clear up a few names I have questions about. Someone with the last name of 'Barker' who played a Talosian. I can't find a first name for her. Conrad had mexican heritage and may have retired back to Mexico and disappeared. Do you have a date for his death at all? As for the other two, I'll have to wait for clarification online at some point in time by more official sources.

There is one actor who IS over 100... the guy from the medical show 'St. Elsewhere'. Must be 104 or so now and apparently still acting.

Norman Lloyd (Richard Galen) will be 104 in November. The oldest working actor in Hollywood, according to Wikipedia. He's one of only four Star Trek actors to reach the age of 100, and easily the oldest of all time (the others were all 101 when they passed).

Both Memory Alpha and Imdb have FINALLY listed that Robert Mandan has passed away, age of 86. Passed April 29. He appeared in DSN, putting the deaths in that show at 42.

Yep, I've had that listing from the start. A nod to you for remembering him again.

I forget that the page one lists are not complete -- that some names are just on later posts. Had that actor appeared in other iterations of Trek besides the 3 Kelvin-verse movies?

Its been reported on both memory alpha and Imdb that Georgann Johnson passed away June 4th, 2018, age 91. She played Vice Admiral Gromek in TNG's episode 'The Emissary'.
Brings TNG deaths to 117 at my count.

Seems rather morbid to be counting deaths like that.

I have loved Star Trek and follow the actors lives, and obviously, deaths. The fact I like numbers doesn't make it morbid. Only people who are scared of death would find it morbid. Hell, I worked in a cemetery for a year and found the work great.

I saw her in a Alfred Hitchcock Presents where she played opposite Corey Allen who later directed 9 episodes of Trek. She played the young wife of an older widower. There is always a connection somewhere.
