Sorry to see Lorca go. But, that ending? That? That was a twist. I’m guessing if we overshot by nine months, we may not have seen the last of him. I’m wondering if time travel won’t play a part in resolving this whole thing.

In order to destroy an Imperial starship, they need to deactivate the shield and destroy the core from within. Where have I seen that before? :)
It was an okay episode. Seemed very rushed and a complete waste of Lorca. Should have just made him Emperor.
I’ll give it a good 7 out of 17.

Great image in the opening post! :)

Another great episode. As much as I'm loving the mirror universe I'm glad this episode ended the way it did but also in a way I was not at all expecting on several fronts.

Loved everyone tonight! Fighting was great, story was great, and the acting was great as well! Was a roller coaster from start to finish even with the quieter moments.

epic death of Lorca! Gonna miss him. Hope they find ways to get him back on cameos.

that grab by Michael on Phillipa during transport reminded me of ST movie The Voyage Home.

never seen so much action fights on a ST. Michelle kicked ass.

the shots of blowing up ISS Charon was nicely done.

guess the last few episodes is on how Federation reclaim their home and manage a peace treaty.

the only thing i think this episode lack was how prime Disco crew change loyalties some what quick. Perhaps they need to get more proof their captain is not who they think before they actually saw Lorca on view screen telling them. but not a big problem.

still a 10 for me. Was glued to the screen.

I actually got excited when they said they time jumped. Finally we were going to see some post Nemesis Stuff only for it to be ruined by them saying only 9 months.
They could have had them stay in the late 24th century as well.

My back hurts because my muscles were so tensed up through all that. Amid a little painful stupidity was a very tense and exciting episode. Final twists completely unpredicted. Great pew pew. Is there anything cooler than a phaser set to kill?

I officially love these characters now. I was rooting for them through the whole thing. We finally got to see the Discovery in action. And, it was well worth it. I think we now know where some of the visual Fx budget had gone. Looked like a pretty expensive episode. Man, some of the set design an lighting was brilliant. The action scenes were really very good. Star Trek hasn't been that outright exciting in TV...maybe ever.

Bummers were, as many suspected, Lorca turns out to be a rat bastard and there was no update on Tyler's status.

8/10, only because I was disappointed that Lorca's story ended the way it did and having Michael need to confront the villian leader in the throne room seemed a little repetitive after "Into the Forest I Go."

Otherwise, some righteous fun all around. Bring on episode 14!
